We are looking for a In Process Quality Control Supervisor, you will be responsible for develop and implement inspection activities and take corrective actions for all types of product defects.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial) or a related field.

A minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance within a manufacturing environment (Audio Components, Electronics, or Automotive preferred).

At least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role is highly desirable.

Strong understanding of QC methodologies, tools, and techniques (e.g., 7 QC Tools, Statistical Process Control - SPC, FMEA).

Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and schematics.

Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards is a plus.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Strong communication skills (fluent in English is preferred).
