Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Sales Engineer, office located in Bogor.
The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, engaging in sales activities, and delivering exceptional customer service on a day-to-day basis.
As a Sales Engineer, the role includes identifying customer needs, presenting solutions, and managing the sales process. Responsibilities also involve building long-term client relationships, developing the Sales and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Having a minimum 2 years of experience in a Microbiology product Sales company would be an advantage.
  • Strong skills in Sales and Customer Service to build client relationships and achieve targets.
  • Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients effectively.
  • Relevant educational background in chemical analyst, engineering, science, or a related field is beneficial.
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate problem-solving skills.
