Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer located in Bogor. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, assisting the sales team in understanding and selling complex technical products or services, and addressing technical challenges faced by customers. Other day-to-day tasks include conducting product presentations, participating in sales calls, and collaborating with both the sales and customer service teams to meet customer needs and ensure satisfaction.

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Relevant degree in Engineering or a related field
