We are looking for "AI Researcher" position for working onsite at Bintaro, South Tangerang.

Role Description

As an AI Researcher at PT. Indonesia Indicator (eBdesk Group), you will be an integral part of our cutting-edge research and development team, contributing to the advancement of AI and machine learning techniques in the realm of big data analytics. Your work will play a pivotal role in enhancing the company's capabilities to process, analyze, and derive meaningful insights from vast and complex datasets. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, data scientists, and software developers, to design, implement, and deploy innovative AI solutions that drive value for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research to develop state-of-the-art AI and machine learning algorithms, models, and techniques that can be applied to various data-related challenges in the IT domain.
  • Analyze large datasets to gain insights, discover patterns, and make data-driven recommendations for improving our products and services.
  • Design and implement machine learning models and algorithms for tasks like data classification, regression, clustering, anomaly detection, and natural language processing.
  • Train and validate AI models using relevant data and benchmark them for accuracy, performance, and scalability.
  • Conduct experiments and A/B testing to evaluate the effectiveness of AI-driven features and improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, software developers, and domain experts, to integrate AI solutions into products and services.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and data science, and apply this knowledge to enhance our company's technical capabilities.
  • Document research findings, algorithms, and code to ensure knowledge transfer and maintain a knowledge base.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in a quantitative dicipline (e.g., Statistics, Informatics, Operations Research, Bioinformatics, Economics, Computational Biology, Mathematics, Physics, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering) or equivalent practical experience. Fresh graduates are welcome
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, and database such as SQL, MongoDB.
  • Experience with Deep Learning frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow.
  • Geek in information technology (Generative AI models, LLMs, SLMs, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP).
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
  • A passion for AI research and a track record of innovation through publications, patents, or real-world projects.
  • Willing to be placed at Bintaro, South Tangerang (Full WFO).
  • Ready to commitment for 3 years development program.
