  1. Talent Sourcing & Identification: Proactively identify, research, and evaluate potential collaboration partners (KOLs/Content Creators) on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube based on campaign objectives and brand values.
  2. Outreach & Negotiation: Initiate contact with talents and their managers. Lead negotiation processes concerning collaboration terms, deliverables, and remuneration to secure mutually beneficial partnerships.
  3. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with a growing network of talents, ensuring positive and professional ongoing engagement.
  4. Campaign Execution: Serve as the main point of contact for talents throughout the collaboration cycle, ensuring clear communication, timely submission of deliverables, and that all content meets brand guidelines.
  5. Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, conversions) to assess ROI and inform future collaboration strategies.

  6. Market Intelligence: Stay updated on the latest trends, emerging platforms, and new talents within the Indonesian social media and influencer marketing landscape. Job Requirements (Qualifications):

  7. Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Talent BD, Influencer Marketing, Brand Partnerships, or a related digital marketing field.

  8. Platform Proficiency: Demonstrated experience in sourcing talents on major social media platforms, with a strong understanding of the Indonesian KOL ecosystem.
  9. Communication & Negotiation: Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and persuade professionally.

  10. Language Skills:

    • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia (both verbal and written) is a must.
    • Good command of English is required for effective professional communication.
    • Personal Attributes: A results-driven, proactive, and self-motivated team player with strong problem-solving abilities. Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
