  • Mampu menyusun kurikulum dan modul pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan usia siswa, tujuan belajar, dan outcome kompetensi.
  • Dapat mengubah konsep teknis menjadi materi belajar yang mudah dipahami, aplikatif, dan kreatif.
  • Terbiasa membuat lesson plan, learning pathway, serta struktur pembelajaran berbasis proyek (project-based learning).
  • Mampu menyelaraskan kurikulum dengan learning objectives, standar industri, serta perkembangan teknologi terbaru.
  • Mampu beradaptasi cepat terhadap tren baru seperti AI tools, AR/VR basic, atau teknologi digital lainnya.
  • Rapi dalam membuat dokumentasi kurikulum, panduan pengajar, rubrik penilaian, dan SOP pembelajaran.
  • Mampu menyusun materi secara sistematis sehingga mudah digunakan oleh trainer, instructor, dan tim operasional.
  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik untuk berkolaborasi dengan tim branding, training, dan operasional.
  • Mampu memberikan arahan yang jelas kepada instructor serta mampu menjelaskan konsep teknis dengan bahasa yang mudah dipahami.
  • Terbiasa bekerja dalam tim lintas divisi dalam merancang program baru atau mengembangkan program yang sudah ada.
  • Memiliki growth mindset, senang belajar hal baru, dan proaktif mengikuti perkembangan teknologi serta metode pengajaran.
  • Siap bekerja WFO, Area penempatan BSD City - Tangerang Selatan.
