Client Details: Multinational Commodity Company

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee product development trials to ensure objectives and performance targets are achieved.
  • Collaborate with the commercial team to align product development initiatives with market needs and customer expectations.
  • Assess product applications to verify they meet required functionality and performance standards.
  • Design and deliver training sessions and workshops to enhance customer understanding and engagement.
  • Conduct and analyze sensory evaluations to drive product improvements and support informed development decisions.
  • Ensure all products comply with quality benchmarks and relevant regulatory standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Life Science, or Applied Science.
  • Prior experiences within Cocoa and other Food & Beverages Manufacturing is highly preferred.
  • 3–5 years of progressive experience in environmental management and compliance, preferably within a food manufacturing environment.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
  • Prior experience in product development and innovation within the Food & Beverage industry, with a strong advantage for candidates experienced in the cocoa and chocolate sector.
  • Excellent reasoning, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with keen attention to detail.
