Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement strategies for efficient and timely acquisition of all necessary business permits, operational licenses, and regulatory approvals.
  • Oversee end-to-end licensing processes: submission, follow-up, review, renewal, and compliance checks.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, regional, and national regulations.
  • Monitor regulatory changes affecting licensing requirements and advise management on necessary actions.
  • Ensure all licenses and permits are updated, valid, and stored properly.
  • Conduct regular compliance reviews to minimize regulatory risks.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with government agencies, licensing authorities, and regulatory bodies.
  • Represent the company in external meetings, consultations, and follow-ups with public institutions.
  • Handle escalated issues related to licensing delays or complications.
  • Collaborate with legal, operations, business development, finance, HR, and other departments to support licensing needs.
  • Provide guidance and support to project teams regarding licensing requirements for new business initiatives or expansions.
  • Prepare licensing updates, reports, and dashboards for management.
  • Identify opportunities to improve licensing processes and reduce turnaround time.

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Public Policy, or a related field.
  • Professional legal qualification (advocate) is an advantage.
  • 7–10+ years' experience in licensing, regulatory affairs, compliance, or related fields.
  • Proven experience managing licensing processes and engaging with government authorities.
  • Leadership experience managing teams or units.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and licensing procedures.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • High attention to detail, strong administrative discipline, and problem-solving ability.
  • Willing to be placed in Kuningan, Jakarta Selatan
