Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Administrator located in Komodo. The Project Administrator will be responsible for coordinating project activities, managing schedules, and ensuring that all project deliverables are completed on time. The role also involves maintaining project documentation, communicating with stakeholders, and assisting project managers in the day-to-day management of projects.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders
  • Experience with project documentation and reporting
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
  • Experience in the relevant industry is a plus
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
