Tentang Peran

Corporate Partnership Manager bertanggung jawab membangun, mengelola, dan mengembangkan kerja sama strategis dengan perusahaan, komunitas, golf club, dan brand terkait untuk mendorong revenue (corporate sales & referral), memperluas akuisisi customer, dan meningkatkan brand visibility.

Tanggung Jawab Utama

A. Partnership Strategy & Pipeline

  • Menyusun strategi partnership sesuai target revenue dan positioning brand.
  • Membuat target pipeline (prospek), prioritas industri, dan value proposition.
  • Mengelola CRM/pipeline (lead list, status, next action, forecast).

B. New Partner Acquisition (Hunting)

  • Prospecting & outreach ke perusahaan/komunitas/golf club/brand.
  • Menyiapkan pitch deck & proposal komersial (benefit, bundling, corporate procurement).
  • Negosiasi dan closing kerja sama (MoU/PKS) dengan term yang sehat.

C. Account Management (Farming)

  • Menjadi PIC utama partner: menjaga hubungan, memastikan eksekusi program, dan renewal.
  • Mengelola permintaan partner: gift/corporate order, benefit karyawan, event support, sponsorship.
  • Menyusun rencana quarterly partner untuk meningkatkan repeat order & usage.

D. Program & Activation Execution

  • Mendesain program: employee benefit (discount/voucher), referral, bundling, tournament package, corporate gifting.
  • Koordinasi lintas tim (Marketing, E-commerce, Store Ops, Finance, Procurement) agar program berjalan end-to-end.
  • Memastikan mekanisme redemption, kode voucher, materi komunikasi, dan SOP store/online konsisten.

E. Commercial & Reporting

  • Menghitung proyeksi ROI program: margin, volume, conversion, redemption, CAC sederhana.
  • Laporan mingguan/bulanan: pipeline value, win rate, revenue per partner, campaign performance.
  • Mengusulkan perbaikan (pricing, bundling, mekanisme benefit, partner segmentation).
Kualifikasi
  • Minimal S1 (Business/Marketing/Management/atau setara).
  • Pengalaman 3–7 tahun di corporate partnership / B2B sales / key account / business development.
  • Terbiasa membuat proposal, pitching, negosiasi, dan closing.
  • Strong komunikasi, stakeholder management, dan project management.
  • Mampu bekerja dengan data (Excel/Google Sheets) dan membuat reporting pipeline.
  • Plus nilai: pengalaman retail/lifestyle/sport, paham ekosistem golf, punya network komunitas/club.
