Core Responsibilities

  • Manage technical projects from planning through delivery.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and align activities with project goals and timelines.
  • Work with product managers to clarify requirements and support roadmap execution.
  • Act as the main communication link between technical teams, stakeholders, and management.
  • Track project risks, issues, and dependencies, and drive resolution.
  • Ensure deliverables meet agreed quality standards and business needs.

Technical Competencies

  • Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile practices.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms, data, or software engineering concepts.
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello).
  • Awareness of product management processes and tools.

Leadership & Team Management

  • Experience coordinating technical contributors and supporting team performance.
  • Ability to encourage collaboration and maintain momentum under pressure.
  • Exposure to resource planning and supporting team growth.

Product & Delivery Skills

  • Ability to translate requirements into project plans and technical tasks.
  • Support backlog prioritization and balance short-term delivery with long-term goals.
  • Appreciation for customer experience and usability considerations.

Communication & Stakeholder Management

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable explaining project status and technical progress to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Skilled in managing expectations and preparing project updates.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • 3+ years' experience in technical project management or related roles.
  • Proven ability to deliver technical projects on time and within scope.
