Job Description:

  • Prepare cost estimates, budget proposals, and BOQs based on project drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
  • Coordinate with engineering and project teams to ensure scope alignment and identify cost optimization opportunities.
  • Perform detailed project costing for Solar PV project, including material, labor, equipment, and subcontractor components.
  • Develop estimation reports, cost summaries, and supporting documents for internal approval and client presentations.
  • Monitor project cost progress, identify potential budget variances, and provide recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Renewable Energy, Developer, IPP, EPCC, or related industries.
  • Proven experience in creating and managing commercial construction projects, preferably in a supervisory or project management role.
  • Strong understanding of commercial construction practices and BOQ calculation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage tight deadlines, and handle multiple project costings simultaneously.
