Qualifications:

  • Minimum D3/S1 in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related fields.
  • At least 1 year of experience in technical sales, preferably in solar PV projects.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Familiar with preparing technical and commercial proposals.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel & Word), Helioscope, PV Sys, and AutoCAD.
  • Strong initiative, analytical thinking, and proactive in exploring opportunities.
  • Willing to travel out of town.
  • Experience with digital tools or marketplace platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify business opportunities and understand client requirements.
  • Prepare technical and commercial proposals including design, sizing, and cost estimation.
  • Follow up on offers and maintain strong after-sales relationships.
  • Conduct site surveys as needed.
  • Manage retail/residential sales through Tokopedia Seller.
  • Support sales administration and permitting document control.
