We are looking for an experienced Sales Engineer to join our talented team at PT BICC BERCA Cables' in Banten. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving sales and promoting our industry-leading cables and electrical products to new and existing customers. As a key member of our sales force, you will provide technical expertise and support to ensure our clients' needs are met.

Job requirement:

Bachelor's degree in engineering preferred

Have your own vehicle, at least a 2-wheeled vehicle

5 years experience in electrical sales

Preferably have experience in a manufacturing company

Able to prepare strategic planning and monthly and annual reports

Able to carry out promotional and branding programs

Have good communication, negotiation and presentation skills

Have loyalty, reliability, work enthusiasm and discipline.

Have the ability to collaborate / team work

Job description:

Follow up and respond to requests for price quotes from prospective customers

Provide information on the progress of each order currently in progress with customers to superiors

Carry out promotions and presentations to potential customers

Conduct analysis and look for order opportunities on new projects

Provide regular (weekly) activity reports to superiors

Prepare the implementation of tender preparations

Obtain orders according to the Business Plan that has been created

Resolve or mediate customer complaints quickly

Plan and evaluate SOP and WI for Sales & Marketing.

Establish and foster good relationships between the Company and Customers
