As our new
Channel Sales Lead
, you will
drive the growth
of our
Microsoft business
by
developing and executing channel strategies
that strengthen partner relationships and expand market reach. You will build
credibility within the partner ecosystem
, foster profitable collaborations, and accelerate software and services sales through key partners while maintaining strong connections with vendors, especially Microsoft.

Key Responsibilities Will Include

  • Identifying and acquiring new partners for channel (indirect) business
  • Delivering customer success through building joint service offers with partners
  • Managing and reporting on the sales pipeline to ensure accurate CRM tracking, quarterly sales planning, and reliable forecasting to meet targets
  • Initiate and execute channel marketing activities to drive business growth and partner satisfaction
  • Effectively collaborate with colleagues across Crayon Group and vendors to drive business growth and results

Your Competencies

  • 7+ years of B2B and channel sales experience within the IT industry
  • Proven track record in establishing and developing solid partnerships or similar business relationships
  • Experienced in collaborating effectively across teams and organizations to drive shared outcomes
  • Experience with SaaS, software licensing, or Microsoft solutions is an advantage

  • You are effective at collaborating with both internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve shared goals
  • You have excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • You are partner-oriented and approach every opportunity with a win-win mindset
