Business Development Manager
Overview
This role is responsible for driving business growth through strong partner relationships, strategic planning, and the delivery of impactful technology solutions. The position requires a proactive approach to managing partner accounts, ensuring mutual success across sales, performance, and long-term collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Build professional, productive, and collaborative relationships with key stakeholders within assigned partner accounts, providing deep business insights and relevant solution recommendations.
- Lead solution-development efforts that align with partner and end-client requirements, coordinating with internal teams to ensure effective execution and achievement of performance goals.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and strategic objectives across partner accounts.
- Drive a joint business planning process with partners, establishing shared performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones.
- Work closely with partner organizations to support sales activities for end-clients, develop effective channel engagement strategies, and manage potential channel conflicts by fostering alignment both internally and externally.
Skills & Experience Requirements
- strong English communication skills.
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly motivated to learn and grow; strong ability to understand new technology applications and develop business insights.
- Minimum
5 years of work experience
, preferably in B2B service sales, financial technology solutions, or AI-related applications (advantageous).
