We are hiring for our client for
L2 Support Engineer position

Location: Jakarta | Full WFO

Shifting Schedule (On call)

Employment Type: Contract 6 Months (Under client)

ABOUT THE ROLE

As an
L2 Support Engineer
, you will be responsible for handling advanced technical issues and ensuring reliable support for our customers in an enterprise environment. You will work closely with global teams to troubleshoot complex problems, document solutions, and help maintain high customer satisfaction. This role requires strong technical skills, effective communication, and readiness to work in shift and on-call rotations.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in
    IT / Computer Science
    .
  • 2–3 years
    experience in IT Support / Technical Support / Application Support.
  • Strong knowledge of
    Windows Server (2016/2019/2022)
    including AD, IIS, RDS, and GPO.
  • Familiar with
    Linux (RHEL/CentOS)
    , basic networking, and
    MacOS.
  • Understanding of security & communication protocols (HTTP, LDAPs, SAML, REST API, RADIUS, TLS/SSL, SSH).
  • Experience supporting
    SaaS or enterprise systems
    ;
    CyberArk (PAM/EPM)
    experience is a plus
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in English.
  • Willing to work
    shift schedules
    ,
    on-call rotation
    , and able to join immediately

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handle customer technical issues via
    portal, live session, and phone
  • Troubleshoot and resolve
    advanced technical problems
  • Document issues and solutions
  • Work closely with
    global support, security, sales, and operations teams
  • Participate in
    on-call rotation
    for 24/7 support
