Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of IT support experience (fresh graduates with strong technical knowledge may be considered).
  • Familiarity with ACTIVE DIRECTORY (Support/Patching/Restore)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 suite and basic administration in Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals (MS-900) or related certification.
  • Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk).
  • Basic understanding of email protocols (SMTP, IMAP, POP) and collaboration tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple requests simultaneously.
  • Customer-focused with a professional and friendly demeanor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for Office 365-related incidents and service requests via email, chat, or phone.
  • Provide basic troubleshooting for Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and other Office 365 applications.
  • Assist with password resets, license assignments, and account configuration.
  • Guide users on how to use Office 365 features and tools effectively.
  • Document all issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to L2 or specialized support teams.
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure compliance with company IT policies.
