Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Dynamics 365 / AX ERP Technical Consultant for Hospitals will be responsible for planning, designing, and implementing ERP solutions to align with client business processes. Daily tasks include gathering requirements, configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365/AX solutions, addressing technical issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored ERP solutions for hospital and healthcare environments. The role also involves providing post-implementation support and troubleshooting system issues.

Qualifications

  • Comprehensive understanding of Business Processes in healthcare and hospital contexts
  • Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex system issues
  • Expertise in ERP Implementations and proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Dynamics AX
  • Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and their application in hospital or healthcare operations
  • Proficiency in Finance-related processes and integrations in ERP solutions
  • Demonstrated teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Prior experience in the healthcare industry or familiarity with Hospital Information Systems (HIS) is advantageous
