Role Overview

As a
Senior Project Manager
, you will lead high-impact initiatives that improve smallholder farmer productivity, strengthen farmer adoption of SawitPRO's digital features, and increase incremental FFB volume through strategic programs. You will lead cross-functional teams, drive program execution, and ensure alignment between field operations, product development, and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and evaluation of major B2C projects and programs.
  • Manage a project portfolio and other key features.
  • Oversee adoption metrics, user funnels, and field performance to identify insights and growth opportunities.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams: field teams, product, engineering, business operations, partner mills, and leadership.
  • Manage complex pilot programs and scale them across new regions.
  • Develop clear project documentation: work plans, timelines, dashboards, progress reports, risk assessment, and mitigation plans.
  • Ensure all programs contribute to SawitPRO's core objectives: farmer empowerment, improved productivity, and incremental FFB volume.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior PMs or project coordinators.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, Management, Engineering, or related fields (Master's degree is a plus).
  • 5–7 years of experience in Project Management or Program Management; experience leading multi-stakeholder or field-based initiatives is highly desirable.
  • Strong leadership and ability to drive alignment across product, tech, and on-the-ground operations.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actions.
  • Experience in agritech, supply chain, FMCG, or agriculture programs is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and risk management capabilities.
  • Willing to travel regularly to field locations in Sumatra and beyond.
