Job description:

As a quality control (QC), you will be responsible for ensuring that the entire process of verification of customer data and documents runs in accordance with the company's quality standards. You will work with a risk verification and development team to maintain the accuracy, validity and completeness of data used in the decision-making process.

Main responsibility:

  • Conducting inspection and validation of data verification results from operational/verification team.
  • Prepare and run quality check checklist based on sop and internal guidelines.
  • Identify and record mismatches, data input errors, duplication, and invalid documents.
  • Provide feedback to the verification team regarding errors and areas that need improvement.
  • Make quality evaluation reports weekly and monthly.
  • Working closely with risk and compliance development teams to maintain the company's quality standards.
  • Propose work process improvement based on QC findings to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer data and internal information of the company.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school education 3 / S1Preferred.
  • Minimal work experience1Years as quality control, data verification, or similar positions in the banking sector, fintech, or online financial services.
  • Learn how to use Microsoft Excel, Google spreadsheets, and other digital applications for data analysis.
  • Having strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, and able to work systematically.
  • Have good work ethics, responsibility, and commitment to the quality of work.
  • Communicative and able to provide input in a constructive way.
  • Able to work under pressure and complete tasks according to specified time target.
  • Having a basic understanding of risk control, internal audit, or quality standards is a plus.
