Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Kitchen Food Quality Control position, based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The primary responsibilities include monitoring food preparation processes to ensure consistent quality, enforcing hygiene and safety standards, and assessing the taste, appearance, and compliance of dishes with MakCiak's standards. Collaboration with the cooking and kitchen teams to ensure efficiency and quality is also a key part of the role.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in Minangkabau cuisine restaurant
- Knowledge and experience in Food Preparation and Cooking techniques
- Strong understanding and application of Hygiene and food safety standards
- Effective Communication skills to collaborate with kitchen staff and management
- Attention to detail, organization skills, and a proactive approach to maintaining quality
- Relevant certification in food safety or culinary arts is preferred
