Job Overview

Yayasan SoleFamily Bali is seeking a proactive Outreach Officer to support the organisation's external engagement and public-facing activities. This role focuses on coordinating outreach efforts, supporting organisational visibility, and facilitating communication with external stakeholders to strengthen the organisation's presence and partnerships.

The Outreach Officer plays a coordinating role in ensuring information, materials, and engagement activities are delivered clearly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate outreach initiatives that support the organisation's external engagement and positioning.
  • Prepare and maintain organisational information materials for outreach and engagement purposes.
  • Support the planning and delivery of public-facing activities, events, and initiatives.
  • Assist in maintaining clear and consistent organisational messaging across outreach materials.
  • Act as a point of coordination for external contacts related to outreach activities.
  • Support internal teams in preparing materials for meetings, presentations, and engagements.
  • Participate in outreach visits and organisational activities as required.
  • Document outreach activities and compile summaries for internal reporting.
  • Provide input and feedback to improve outreach approaches and engagement efforts.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any majors.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in outreach, coordination, communications, or related roles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Well-organised, proactive, and comfortable working with external stakeholders.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Willing to attend meetings, events, and field-based activities when required.
  • Experience working in a mission-driven organisation is an advantage.
