Job Description

  • Assist the Brand Team with documentation and product distribution.
  • Prepare event and store-related needs, including products, gifts, branding materials, and promotional gimmicks.
  • Coordinate with the Delivery Team to ensure timely distribution.
  • Work closely with the Promotion Team to support event preparation.
  • Document and record the installation of promotional gimmicks in each store.
  • Ensure all stores receive and properly install branding materials.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for branding production, including requesting samples, negotiating prices, reviewing mock-ups, and approving proof prints before dispatch to the warehouse.

Requirement

  • Bachelors degree in Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience collaborating with advertising vendors for follow-ups.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as Marketing Support.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Ability to handle administrative tasks and data reporting.
