About the role

This full-time Marketing Export staff role at PT Equator Jingga' is located in South Jakarta, Jakarta. As a key member of the Marketing & Communications team, you will play a vital part in supporting the company's export marketing efforts and expanding its global presence.

What you'll be doing

  1. Supporting marketing division to do communication with buyer
  2. Preparing export document such as invoice , Packing List etc
  3. Doing coordination with related division such as production, purchasing etc
  4. Willing to visit our factory in Cirebon when needed
  5. Organise and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other marketing events just one time for one year
  6. Maintain and update the company's export-focused website and social media channels
  7. Provide administrative support for export-related operations, including order processing and documentation

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Majoring English more Prefer
  2. 1-2 years of experience as Staff Marketing , if you are fresh graduated also can apply.
  3. Excellent communication and presentation skills
  4. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  5. Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques
  6. Adaptable and willing to learn, with a keen interest in global business trends
