Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Product Staff, located in South Jakarta. The Marketing Product Staff is responsible for conducting market research, developing and implementing marketing strategies, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring efficient communication with internal teams and external clients. The role will also involve supporting sales initiatives and collaborating with stakeholders to meet business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
  • Strong abilities in Market Research and Marketing Strategy to develop and implement impactful marketing plans.
  • Experience in Sales with practical knowledge of supporting sales activities and achieving targets.
  • Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office tools and familiarity with ERP systems like SAP is advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
