Qualifications
:

  • Minimum Bachelor degree (S1) in all majors
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), Sales/Marketing functions
  • Experience in the beauty industry is a plus
  • Familiar with offline retail channels (Reseller, General Trade, Modern Trade) and merchandising
  • Ability to build strong relationships with the team, and communicate effectively with internal and external parties
  • Excellent ability in strategic planning, data analysis, negotiation, and collaboration
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Familiar to operate Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator or similar software (2D) is a plus
  • Willing to be working onsite in Cengkareng, West Jakarta

Responsibilities
:

  • Develop appealing VM items design (fixture/dress up/POSM) in accordance with brand guidelines and identity
  • Ensure visual merchandising and promotional displays are prepared and set in an accurate and timely manner
  • Develop, refine, and present design concepts to ensure alignment with brand standards and objectives
  • Coordinate with suppliers for production and installation/implementation
  • Collaborate with other divisions to ensure alignment and integration of project objectives.
  • Visit stores/supervise the implementation/installation (dress up, brand activation, etc)
