  • Assist in analyzing learning needs based on roles and business objectives to design tailored and continuous learning interventions.
  • Develop learning modules, including manuals, materials, and schedules, ensuring the achievement of specific skill-building objectives.
  • Create innovative learning products, such as bite-sized content and short videos, to align with current trends and foster a culture of learning.
  • Propose personalized and continuous learning programs to stakeholders and oversee their implementation to meet objectives through effective planning and execution.
  • Facilitate learning sessions for specific employee levels and topics to enhance learning outcomes and efficiency.
  • Build and maintain strong collaboration with internal and external partners to ensure smooth operation of learning programs.
  • Ensure all learning programs are executed on time, aligned with objectives, and aligned with budget efficiency standards.
  • Manage administrative tasks, including processing payments, to support the seamless execution of learning initiatives.

Does it match your criteria?

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Management, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in Learning & Development (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Strong understanding of training processes and facilitation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, project management, learning needs analysis, and training delivery.
