A premium Korean concept aesthetic clinic located in Setiabudi One is seeking a confident, persuasive, and customer-focused Beauty Consultant who will guide patients in understanding treatment options, provide product recommendations, and support sales performance while maintaining a premium service standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide consultation to patients regarding skincare concerns, treatment options, and product recommendations.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets through professional and ethical sales approaches.
  • Explain treatment benefits, procedures, and post-care instructions clearly and accurately.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge across skincare, devices, and clinic treatments.
  • Support doctors and therapists in preparing patients before treatment.
  • Assist with booking, follow-up reminders, and ensuring smooth patient flow.
  • Build strong patient relationships to drive loyalty and repeat visits.
  • Ensure consultation rooms and display areas remain neat, clean, and brand-appropriate.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma's Degree (any major).
  • Able to speak and understand English (actively speaking or comprehending at least 80%).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Beauty Consultant at an aesthetic clinic (mandatory).
  • Strong sales capability with a proven track record of achieving targets.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  • Good understanding of skincare products and aesthetic procedures.
  • Professional appearance, confident attitude, and customer-service oriented.
  • Willing to work in shifts, including weekends.
