Job Summary

Sister Creative Co. is looking for a skilled SEO Content Writer & Marketing professional who can create high-quality, search-friendly content that drives organic traffic and engages diverse audiences. You will write SEO articles, blogs, landing pages, social media copy, ad copy, website content, and support various marketing requirements across multiple brands and industries.

This role is fully on-site in Bali (Tumbak Bayuh) and works closely with our marketing team to support SEO, social media, paid media, and overall content strategy.


Responsibilities
  • Write SEO-optimized articles, blogs, landing pages, and website copy that rank and convert.
  • Create compelling content for social media, ads, and marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct keyword research and integrate keywords naturally into content.
  • Develop content strategies across multiple brands and industries.
  • Monitor content performance (traffic, engagement, conversions) and optimize results.
  • Edit, proofread, and ensure content accuracy and quality.
  • Collaborate with marketing for content calendars, campaigns, and creative planning.
  • Stay updated on SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, and content best practices.
  • Work with designers and developers to ensure optimized content presentation.

Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in content writing, copywriting, or digital marketing (agency experience preferred).
  • Strong writing, editing, and research skills.
  • Basic understanding of SEO, keyword research, and content planning.
  • Familiarity with SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
  • Experience adapting writing style for different channels (blogs, ads, social media, websites).
  • High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines consistently.
  • Genuine passion for writing, research, and storytelling.
  • Understanding of AI frameworks is a plus.
  • Willing to work on-site in Bali (Tumbak Bayuh).
