The team you will be part of

The Social Commerce Team is a fast-growing team leading the way in livestream selling, short video content, and affiliate marketing across Southeast Asia. We work with top brands, combining creativity, data, and platform expertise to drive real commercial results. As part of Intrepid's end-to-end eCommerce ecosystem, we gain broad exposure across operations, collaborate with cross-functional experts, and play a key role in shaping how brands connect with digital shoppers in real time.

As a Junior Social Key Account Manager, you will take charge of 

Livestream Planning & Coordination:

• Oversee the end-to-end planning and execution of livestream events.
• Coordinate schedules, resources to ensure livestreams run smoothly.
• Work with the brand to understand the event's goals and ensure alignment with overall production plans.
  
  

Technical Management:

• Ensure all technical aspects of the livestream (audio, video, lighting, equipment setup) are operational and optimized.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues during live broadcasts.
• Collaborate with the technical crew to set up livestream platforms, including video streaming software and hardware.
  
  

Communication & Team Collaboration:

• Communicate with external vendors, partners, and stakeholders to coordinate livestream sessions.
• Ensure clear communication before, during, and after the livestream event to all involved parties.
  
  

Content & Audience Engagement:

• Assist in creating engaging content and promote interactive elements (chat, polls, Q&A) to increase audience participation.
• Monitor live chat and interactions, responding to viewer questions and concerns in real-time.
• Analyze performance metrics and gather feedback to optimize future livestreams.
  
  

Post-Livestream Activities:

• Assist in post-event analysis, including reviewing event performance, feedback, and audience engagement data.
• Coordinate the editing and publishing of recorded livestreams on appropriate platforms.
• Help prepare post-event reports for internal and external stakeholders.

What we are looking for - the ideal profile
Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Media Production, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in livestream coordination or event production.
• Strong understanding of livestream platforms (e.g., YouTube, Facebook Live, Twitch) and technical tools used for streaming.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle unexpected challenges during live events.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Basic knowledge of video production and editing tools (preferred).

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with video streaming software (e.g., OBS, Streamlabs, Wirecast).
• Familiarity with social media platforms and engagement strategies.
• Passion for live broadcasting and online content creation.
