About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable (AR) Officer
 to join our growing retail team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing billing, monitoring outstanding payments, reconciling transactions, and ensuring timely collection to support smooth financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, issue, and manage invoices for retail transactions.
  • Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer ledger records.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and retail outlets regarding payment discrepancies.
  • Perform monthly reconciliations and assist in closing activities.
  • Prepare AR reports for management review.
  • Handle customer inquiries related to billing and payment.
  • Ensure all AR processes comply with company policies and accounting standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, preferably in retail or FMCG.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or similar).
  • Excellent attention to detail and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
