*Key Responsibilities*

  • Manage end-to-end AR processes for marketplace transactions (Shopee, Lazada, Blibli, Tiktok, etc).
  • Record and reconcile sales, payment, and commission transactions from each marketplace platform.
  • Coordinate with the Marketplace team to ensure completeness of tax invoices (Faktur Pajak) received every month to avoid loss of 11% VAT credit.
  • Work closely with the Accounting and Tax teams to ensure all entries are aligned with tax treatment and accounting standards (PSAK/GAAP).
  • Perform monthly reconciliation between marketplace reports, bank receipts, and GL postings.
  • Monitor outstanding balances, discrepancies, and ensure timely follow-up with relevant stakeholders.
  • Support internal and external audit requirements related to marketplace AR.
  • Prepare regular AR performance and reconciliation reports for management review.
  • Identify process gaps and propose improvement initiatives for efficiency and accuracy.

*Qualifications*

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or Finance Operations, preferably with exposure to e-commerce or marketplace transactions.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and tax regulations (especially VAT).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with NAV or Business Central is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Good communication and coordination skills across functions.
