Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Receivable Staff based in Jakarta. The responsibilities include monitoring and managing accounts receivable processes, overseeing invoicing, and ensuring timely follow-up on outstanding payments. The role involves regular communication and collaboration with internal teams, maintaining financial accuracy, executing debt collection strategies, and providing professional support to ensure smooth financial operations.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills to accurately process and evaluate financial data
  • Proficiency in finance and invoicing to manage accounts receivable effectively
  • Effective communication skills for liaising with clients and team members
  • Experience in debt collection and managing client accounts is required
  • Attention to detail, good organizational abilities, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in accounting software and tools is an advantage
  • Educational background in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred
