We are hiring an
Accounts Receivable Staff
who will be responsible for ensuring all incoming payments are accurately received, recorded, and processed in a timely manner. If you have relevant work experience and a strong attention to detail, we would be delighted to discuss this opportunity with you.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Economics, Finance, Accounting
    , or a related field.
  • 1–2 years
    of work experience in a related role.
  • Fresh graduates
    are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong
    organizational, analytical, and record-keeping skills
    with high attention to detail.
  • Proficient in
    Microsoft Excel
    .
  • Experience with
    ERP systems
    (e.g., SAP, Oracle, MYOB) is an advantage.
  • Prior experience in
    F&B or FMCG
    companies is preferred.
  • Willing to work under
    contract employment status
    .

Job Role

  • Process, verify, and post receipts for goods sold.
  • Resolve account discrepancies by coordinating with store staff (Store Managers / Area Managers).
  • Process and record transactions through multiple payment channels.
  • Maintain accurate records of payments and account statuses.
  • Generate financial reports and statements for internal use.
  • Prepare
    daily and monthly reconciliations
    .
