Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marine Surveyor based in
Jakarta, Indonesia
. The Marine Surveyor will be responsible for conducting inspections and performing marine surveys.

  • Day-to-day tasks include performing hull and machinery inspections, condition surveys, and providing risk assessment reports.
  • The candidate will work closely with clients to ensure compliance with industry standards and provide expert marine consulting services.
  • Willingness to travel extensively and frequently outside the city and islands is a mandatory requirement for this role, based on operational needs.

Qualifications

  • Has a degree in Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, or Seafarer Competency Certificate (ANT/ATT)
  • Minimum
    1 year
    of experience in Marine Surveying or a relevant maritime engineering field
  • Strong understanding of ship structure and marine engines
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal

Estimated Take Home Pay

Up to IDR 6,500,000 (Based on Qualification and Competences)
