Job Title : Global Category Assistant Procurement Manager - Oral Care
Location : Grha Unilever, BSD City, Tangerang, Indonesia
Job Purpose
This role exists to ensure early procurement involvement and contribution to innovation projects, ensure innovations are supported by the right suppliers capabilities, and create a forum to bring outside in i.e. new insights, new trends and new technologies from supply market to help the business delvier growth via innovations.

Key Responsibilities

• Procurement business partner to the Oral Care category

• Manage Procurement deliverables for innovation projects

• Participate in cross functional project teams for Innovation as the procurement partner

• Manage procurement activities on innovation project networks to contribute to project OTIF
• Lead procurement inputs for decision making at project team level in regards to supplier capabilities, supply model, pricing of materials, financial impact, resilience risks, etc.
• Identify new raw and pack materials introduced in Innovation projects together with business partners
• Brief Portfolio procurement on upcoming innovations and ensure supplier selection is in line with our procurement strategies, required capabilities with sufficient capacity for growth
• Bring in ideas from suppliers and ensure early engagement of suppliers for input into innovation projects
• Coordinate and ensure competitive prices
• Coordinate resilience risk assessment and mitigation plan

• Hand over the projects to the relevant BU procurement team for implementation

• Create, build and deliver savings program for Oral Care category

• Generate material efficiency and cost savings ideas for global 5S workshops and savings target delivery

• Manage and deliver x-portfolios and x-geographies savings program / projects

• Work with MET team to support ASA/ AMA (alternative supplier/alternative material) projects delivery for either resilience or 5S reasons

• Support Sustainability projects e.g. better, less, no plastic agenda, GHG reduction for Oral care

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in any major
• Fluent English speaking and writing
• 3-5 years minimum working experience in procurement, project management, or supply chain

Preferred Qualifications

• Working experience preferably in FMCG
• High ownership and responsibility, result and solution-oriented
• Soft skills on project management, stakeholders management, excellent communication skill, analytical skill, problem solving, self drive and resourcefulness
