Position:
Packaging Development Staff (Trial, Concept).

Work Location:
Cikupa, Tangerang.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Product Design, Pharmacy
    , or related fields
  • Minimum
    3 years of experience
    in Packaging Development
  • Solid understanding of
    packaging materials
    (paper, flexible, corrugated, rigid)
  • Knowledge of
    printing processes
    (flexo, roto, offset) and end-to-end packaging development
  • Good visual/design sense (Adobe Suite familiarity is a plus)
  • Strong attention to technical and creative details
  • Willing to travel for business needs

Job Responsibilities:

  • Packaging Structure Development:
    Develop packaging structures for new products (material and dimension) to ensure a brand-relevant and appealing look
  • Packaging Design Evaluation:
    Evaluate package design for fit, structure-function, materials, cost-effectiveness, manufacturability, and transportability
  • Design Planning:
    Prioritize and plan new and revised designs to meet product launch timelines
  • Packaging Trial:
    Conduct packaging trials and analyze results to ensure quality and feasibility
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    Work closely with other departments, factories, and vendors in all aspects of product and packaging development
