Campaign Operations Analyst

- Manage the end-to-end campaign cycle, ensuring smooth execution and data accuracy.
- Monitor daily campaign activities and maintain tracker consistency across multiple datasets.
- Handle reports, identify issues, and coordinate solutions with relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure operational quality control across campaign deliverables and user submissions.
- Track and report campaign performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align campaign timelines, deliverables, and reporting cadence.
- Maintain proper documentation to support operational transparency and accountability.
You're a Great Fit If You
- Bachelor's degree in any field (preferably Business, Marketing, or related disciplines).
- 1-2 years of experience in operations, campaign management, or administrative coordination (fresh graduates welcome if strong in execution discipline).
- Excellent attention to detail with a structured approach to problem-solving.
- Proactive and responsive, comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in spreadsheet tools and comfortable working with multiple trackers.
- Strong communication skills.
