We are currently seeking a skilled
Account Manager
to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who has hands-on experience managing multiple clients in a fast-paced agency environment and is passionate about strategic thinking and client success. You will also work closely with the
client acquisition team
to support new business pitches and onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition and long-term client success.
Role Summary
The Account Manager will serve as the main point of contact between clients and our internal teams. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, closing the pitching campaign, overseeing campaign execution across services, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams (creative, social media, performance, PR, marketplace)
- 70% proportion of close the news deals : 30% maintaining.
- Lead client meetings, briefings, and campaign presentations
- Develop campaign timelines, budgets, and scopes of work
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution and delivery of client work
- Collaborate with the
client acquisition/business development team
to support new client onboarding and proposal development - Monitor campaign performance and deliver regular reports to clients
- Identify opportunities to upsell or grow existing accounts
- Maintain high client satisfaction and long-term relationships
Requirements
- Minimum
2–3 years experience
in an account management role at a
marketing or digital agency - Proven experience handling multi-channel campaigns (social, ads, PR, or marketplace)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong project management, time management, and multitasking abilities
- Strategic mindset with attention to detail
- Fluent in
Bahasa Indonesia
and
English
(written and spoken) - Proficiency in tools such as Google Workspace, project management platforms and familiarity with digital metrics is a plus.
