Role Summary:

This position will be handle our F&B Business. Finance Accounting Manager will oversee the financial operations, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and provide strategic financial insights to support the company's goals. This role involves managing the accounting team, preparing financial reports, and developing financial strategies to optimize the company's financial performance and growth.

Responsibilities:

A. Financial Reporting

  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
  • Ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) or International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)

B. Budgeting and Forecasting

  • Develop, implement, and monitor annual budgets and financial forecasts
  • Provide variance analysis and recommendations for corrective actions to management

C. Financial Analysis

  • Conduct financial analysis to support strategic planning and decision-making
  • Identify financial trends, risks, and opportunities to improve financial performance

D. Compliance and Auditing

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards
  • Coordinate and oversee internal and external audits, addressing any findings or recommendations

E. Cash Flow Management

  • Monitor and manage the company's cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity for operations
  • Develop strategies to optimize cash flow and working capital management

F. Tax Planning and Compliance

  • Oversee the preparation and filing of tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax regulations
  • Develop tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and optimize financial performance

Requirement :

  • Bachelor / Master degree in Finance / Accounting or Business Administration
  • Having minimum 3 years experiences in finance & accounting managerial roles
  • Having experience in F&B Business / Hospitality
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of integrity and attention to detail
