  • Menerjemahkan segala kebutuhan rincian acara (Brief Event) dari Supervisor ke dalam daftar periksa teknis lapangan ( Checklist Teknis Lapangan ). Menguraikan kebutuhan acara dari supervisor (susunan acara, area, perlengkapan) ke dalam aksi konkret.
  • Mengelola kebutuhan logistik acara: Bertanggung jawab atas kesiapan alat, meja, kursi, booth, umbul-umbul, sound, hingga transportasi barang.
  • Melakukan komunikasi aktif dan berkoordinasi dengan jasa penyedia ( Vendor ) terkait kebutuhan Operasional acara. Melakukan komunikasi aktif terhadap teknis dengan penyedia perlengkapan, dekorasi, dan kebutuhan pendukung event.
  • Mengatur layout lokasi acara sesuai desain yang sudah disetujui. Memastikan pemasangan elemen branding (banner, photobooth, panggung, signage) sesuai layout yang telah disetujui.
