A leading Korean company specializing in AI, Computer education, and manpower deployment to Korea is seeking a capable Operational Manager to join our Indonesian team.Our company focuses on AI and computer training and the deployment of skilled professionals to Korea in accordance with international ISO standards.This position is responsible for overseeing AI and Computer education and manpower development programs in Indonesia, ensuring smooth coordination between Metavity training centers and local institutions, while maintaining high operational standards and compliance with Korean manpower deployment regulations.

Location : On-Site PT. Metavity Edutech Indonesia. Jakarta, Indonesia.

Working Condition : Full-Time (5 days, 9AM to 5PM)

Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in management, Education, or related field.
  • Have an interest in Metavity's ISO Certification Business
  • Must be fluent in Korean Language (proficiency in English will be given preference)
  • Minimum 1 years of operational or managerial experience (preferably in education or manpower sector).
  • Preferably for those who have experience working with Korean companies or cross-cultural teams is preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, organizing and document process.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise day-to-day operational activities across education and manpower departments.
  • Coordinate with Indonesian stakeholders (LPK, P3MI, Indonesian Government etc) for training, certification, and deployment programs.
  • Oversee budget planning, resource allocation, and operational reporting.
  • Lead local staff, providing guidance and performance monitoring.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
  • Support recruitment, organizing education & testing, and post-deployment monitoring to Indonesian worker
