Operations Manager

Requirements:
- Warehouse operations: Manage the daily activities of the warehouse, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods to ensure efficient and effective processes.
- Inventory management: Supervise inventory levels, maintain accuracy through regular counts, and coordinate with teams for timely order fulfilment and to prevent stockouts.
- Staff leadership: Recruit, hire, train, and supervise warehouse employees; manage schedules, performance, and ensure staff are following procedures.
- Safety and compliance: Develop and enforce safety regulations and protocols to ensure a safe working environment and compliance with health and safety laws.
- Budget and performance: Develop and manage the warehouse budget, monitor performance metrics, and analyse data to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
- Logistics and coordination: Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and collaborate with other departments (e.g., purchasing, sales) to ensure smooth operations and meet business goals.
Other information:
- Bachelor's degree in pharmacy
- More than 5 years working experience in related fields and at least 3 years as manager
- Have knowledge and experience in handle purchasing and custom duty
- Inventory control and optimization
- Problem-solving and decision-making
- Budget management
- Strong communication (written and verbal)
- Knowledge of warehouse safety standards and procedures
- Organizational and multitasking abilities
