What you will do:
The CLM Strategy Manager is responsible for driving sustainable performance growth by integrating digital marketing strategies with customer relationship management. This role focuses on enhancing customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value through data-driven digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, and personalized campaigns and measured through CPI, CPA, Download Attribution, TRX Attribution, PDP/PLP traffic, Engagement (CTR), App Launch, Direct TRX, etc. The CLM Strategy Manager will lead initiatives that optimize the customer journey across all digital touchpoints, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience that aligns with the company's objectives.
You will fit in this job if you:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; a master's degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or CRM management, with a proven track record in SEO and SEM within the tech hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Expertise in SEO, SEM, and CRM software, with hands-on experience using tools like Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Salesforce.
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to extract insights from complex digital data sets.
- Excellent communication skills for articulating digital strategies and results to stakeholders.
- Familiarity with data privacy regulations and compliance in digital marketing.
- Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and experience with mobile app analytics.
