Product Manager (Toys Category) - B2B E-Commerce

Join a leading Chinese B2B e-commerce platform under a unicorn Chinese holding, part of a major global supply chain network. We are looking for a Product Manager specializing in die-cast model toys, responsible for driving product strategy, development, and market execution in Indonesia.

Location: Jakarta (Work from Office)

Hiring Timeline: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:
  • Market Research & Strategy - Analyze industry trends, consumer demand, and competitor landscape to refine product strategy for Indonesia.
  • Product Development & Lifecycle Management - Oversee product planning, supplier coordination, and launch execution to ensure market alignment and business growth.
  • B2B E-Commerce Operations - Work with the sales, procurement, and platform teams to ensure product availability, competitive pricing, and seamless integration into the marketplace.
  • Supplier & Supply Chain Coordination - Collaborate with Chinese manufacturers, factories, and suppliers to ensure a stable supply chain, cost efficiency, and product quality.
  • Promotion & Marketing Support - Work with the marketing team to optimize product listings, digital campaigns, and promotional strategies to boost sales performance.
  • Pricing & Cost Optimization - Develop competitive pricing strategies, manage product sourcing costs, and maintain profitability.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, Industrial Design, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum 3+ years in product management, project management, or a related field, preferably in toys, model products, or e-commerce.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the die-cast model and toy industry, including supply chain, sourcing, and market trends.
  • E-Commerce & B2B Expertise: Experience in cross-border trade, supplier negotiations, and product lifecycle management in an e-commerce environment is a plus.
  • Technical & Business Skills: Strong market research, product development, and project management abilities, with proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Indonesian; proficiency in Chinese is an advantage.
  • Mindset & Abilities: A results-driven, detail-oriented professional with strong commercial insight, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
