We're a fast-growing sunscreen brand with a big ambition: creating content that not only inspires but also sells. We're looking for a Content Specialist who can turn creative ideas into high-performing videos that drive measurable results.

If you're equally at home brainstorming fresh concepts, writing scroll-stopping scripts, and working with teams to bring content to life, this role is for you. You'll be the link between creativity and commercial impact—leading the process from ideation to execution, and tracking how your content contributes to GMV.

What You'll Do

  • Lead creative concept development for campaigns and daily content calendars
  • Write compelling scripts, scenarios, and shot lists tailored for TikTok
  • Collaborate with KOL, livestream, and marketing teams to ensure content aligns with brand tone and sales objectives
  • Review and refine content output to ensure it's on-brand, engaging, and performance-driven
  • Analyze content performance and continuously improve based on data and audience feedback
  • Maintain content SOPs to keep the process efficient while scaling production
  • Stay ahead of trends to make our content relevant, fresh, and competitive

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in content creation, copywriting, or creative direction—preferably in beauty, lifestyle, or e-commerce
  • Strong scriptwriting and storytelling skills, with a focus on short-form, high-engagement content
  • Proven track record in content that has driven measurable conversions or sales
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-output environments
  • Creative problem-solver who can balance brand voice with hard-selling goals
  • Experience collaborating with videographers, editors, and marketing teams
  • Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other social-first content formats
