We're Hiring – Content Specialist (Social Media Organic)

We're looking for a Content Specialist who understands how to build narratives, shape brand messaging, and drive organic engagement across social platforms. If you can turn ideas into scroll-stopping content and manage multiple clients with precision, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

  • Manage day-to-day communication with clients on all creative-related matters.
  • Oversee timely delivery and quality control for all creative outputs.
  • Develop content strategies and concepts for social media, including visual briefs and copywriting.
  • Provide monthly content direction and maintain consistent quality across multiple client accounts.
  • Partner with social media specialists and internal content teams to refine and optimize content approaches.
  • Analyze organic content performance and deliver actionable recommendations for improvement.

Experience & Background

  • 1–3 years of experience in content creation, social media, or copywriting roles.
  • Strong ability to write fluently in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Demonstrated capability to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively within a team.
  • A portfolio showcasing diverse content or social media work.

Additional Requirement

  • Willing to work from our office in Gading Serpong, South Tangerang.
