Administrative & Executive Assistant to CFO

Role Overview:
We are seeking a dependable, well-organized, and proactive Administrative & Executive Assistant to support the CFO in both personal and business matters.
The role blends administrative precision with initiative — ensuring smooth coordination of daily tasks, timely follow-ups, and efficient support across operations, client relations, and personal obligations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Executive & Administrative Support
- Provide comprehensive day-to-day assistance to the CFO, including coordination of schedules, reminders, research, and personal errands when required.
- Manage administrative follow-ups such as payments, reservations, correspondence, and essential documentation.
- Handle information gathering and basic reporting to support the CFO's business and personal decisions.
2. Business Coordination (Travion Travel & Beyond)
- Join networking sessions and business events (occasionally after office hours) to identify and engage potential clients.
- Follow up with prospects — arranging meetings, sending agreements, and ensuring timely completion up to signing.
- Maintain regular communication with existing clients and ensure smooth ongoing relationships.
- Keep documentation and digital backups organized, ensuring important files are accessible and current.
- Coordinate with professional partners (tax consultant, lawyer, payroll/banking representatives) and follow up on office equipment maintenance.
Skills & Requirements
- Excellent command of English and Bahasa Indonesia (spoken and written).
- Highly organized with strong follow-up, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation abilities.
- Discreet, reliable, and capable of handling confidential matters.
- Flexible to handle ad-hoc tasks or after-hours responsibilities when necessary.
