Job Description (Job Desk):

  • Handle daily financial transactions including Invoices, payments, receipts, and banking.
  • Maintain and update the general ledger and other financial records, ensuring all transactions are accurate and recorded correctly.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end financial closing processes.
  • Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
  • Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
  • Liaise with external auditors during audit.
